Seek out a creative soul and invite them to snack with you or chat on the phone to brainstorm exciting possibilities for a tiny or humongous challenge you are facing. Spend 5 minutes being outrageously, courageously creative, and then offer them another 5 minutes to seek a fresh idea for her/him.

I assure you it can be delicious and nutritious!
