PEBBLE ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

The purpose of life is to discover your gift.
The meaning of life is giving your gift away.

I don't think
you can make a contribution
until you've moved beyond
wondering if you're good enough.

PONDER ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

This week was my own Tale of Two Cities: I began in peaceful
Greensboro NC where I spent some time enhancing the mentoring skills
of an awesome group of sales representatives from Novartis; I
finished the week off in bustling Washington, D.C. for the 41st
National Conference on Student Services. During presentations with
both groups, we explored the tremendous power in helping others reach
their potential. The irony is that many of us who are good at
helping others are NOT good at recognizing our own gifts!

Remember that your ability to effectively help others depends a great
deal on your ability to accept your Magnificent You! Do something
this week to celebrate your gifts!

Peace,

Paul
