We are all lumps of clay and the final work produced
depends on how we choose to sculpt ourselves.

When you are inspired by some great purpose,
some extraordinary project,
all your thoughts break their bonds;
your mind transcends limitations,
your consciousness expands in every direction,
and you find yourself in a new, great and wonderful world.
Dormant forces, faculties and talents become alive,
and you discover yourself to be a greater person by far
than you ever dreamed yourself to be.
-Patanjali, submitted by Dr. Mia Wesselmann

This fall as I developed a new presentation on the Archeology of
Passion, I began experimenting with a "formula" for passion:

( p + a ) * e2 [purpose and action combined in an enriching environment]

The first component is cultivating PURPOSE. I believe that in order
ignite our passion we must first have a sense of direction in our
lives. Do you have a mission in life? How would you be living your
life differently if you had been given a quest to pursue? Do
something this week to ensure you are living your life on purpose!

Peace,
Paul
