PONDER

You can handle your load if you carry it correctly. Back injuries often
arise when we don't lift with our legs. Soul injuries can occur when we
forget to use all of our strength and all of our resources. That includes
bringing your best self to face challenges, and it includes asking for help
from the tribe of people you have assembled for just such purposes.

Today I wish for you the courage to ask for help and the strength to offer
help.
