Many of our fellow Ripplers operate our lives on the academic calendar, so now is the time we begin to prepare for the fall. If you are jumping into work/school soon, I hope you consider the above quotes and CHOOSE WISELY as you create your future. This could be the year to dream big, set some high goals, and then create a path of achievement!

I also challenge ALL of us, whether this is the beginning of the year or the middle of it, to think about the impending changes in our lives and determine whether we want to simply GO through the changes or actually GROW through them.
